The Collective Objective story
We simply wanted to call time on the traditional model for managing projects. We believe in a unified approach which means clients don’t need to go to ten different specialists and project manage them individually (which ultimately wastes time and money) – Collective Objective pulls all the services together at the very beginning and simplifies the process.
How Collective Objective works
We begin by taking a complete brief and then provide you with a quote. Once we get the go ahead, we bring all of the trades together, and crucially, at the right time. Too often in project management, things happen too early or two trades are working apart which often delays a project, and in some cases, can mean unforeseen costs. Collective Objective brings everyone together at the beginning – everyone knows their part and their all-important deadline. We don’t claim to be able to avoid all bumps in the road but we can problem solve as a team and resolve issues quickly.
